Carla supports the daily operations for the Co-Op Center’s and Core Laboratories, ensuring all collaborations are inclusive and carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way for all short and long-term goals that align with the Co-Op’s values and mission. This includes overseeing all Co-Op financial management, facility space coordination and human resource implementation in order to meet best practice standards. At the forefront of Carla’s work is to promote a culture that encourages top performance, high morale, and good customer service as we build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
